God bless Corey for sticking to his guns about how badly the O-Line stank last year. Yeah, punting was awful, but we're the Packers. A substandard O-Line is a disgrace.

I agree with Carriveau about drafting Q. Johnson. There is nothing wrong with the guy, and I think he will be good one day, but it just wasn't needed. Kuhn and Hall are fine, and we could have used that pick on the O-line. As for Derrick Martin...I surfed some Ravens forums and most fans seem to be pretty high on Martin's play. That is the complete opposite opinion Packer fans had on Moll. The early consensus is that TT got a steal there, but whether or not Martin will have a better year than Anthony Smith will be later determined.

Re: It wasn't needed. It's how teams like the Colts and the Steelers stay on top. Draft guys before you need them, develop them, then let the older guys go.

Guys, I think you’re missing the bigger picture with what happen on the Packers that led to the release of Ruvell Martin.
I think Ruvell Martin’s time in Green Bay started to come to an end when Jermichael Finley emerged and show his potential to outman defenders for the ball and in the red zone. Ruvell was Rodgers safety outlet to go up and take the ball away when the other receivers were covered. Now Jermichael Finley is that man. And with improvement at receiver and his versatility Brett Swain became a no brainier to take Ruvell’s spot.
