Romeo Doubs suffers high ankle sprain in loss to Lions
The rookie wide receiver will miss time but should return toward the end of the season.

The hits just keep on coming.
Rookie wide receiver Romeo Doubs was injured on the very first play from scrimmage during Sunday's loss to the Lions and will miss several weeks as a result.
From NFL Network's Ian Rapoport:
#Packers WR Romeo Doubs has a high-ankle sprain, source said. Those are generally 4-6 week injuries, though further tests will determine the timeframe. But another target for Aaron Rodgers to miss time.

Doubs was coming off an impressive outing in Buffalo last week and started yesterday's game with an 18 yard reception.
Look for the team to place the rookie on injured reserve and utilize their ability to bring him back later in the season.
The team could potentially sign Juwann Winfree from the practice squad to take Doubs' place in the meantime.

Poor kid. Wonder when Cobb is coming back? Has it been 4 weeks yet?
