Bryan,
Have you taken a good look at Bryce Brown (RB, Kansas State)? Wes Bunting lists him as a top late-round sleeper at RB. He has some character issues (connections to the Miami problems, but cleared; left TN after one year to join his brother at K-State; and some deva problems in the college signing process) but he has Packer size (6-2, 220), is reported to have decent hands out of the backfield, and has a year in TN's zone scheme where he reportedly, "looked good." Has a real "Brandon Underwood" feel with his combination of raw talent and borderline character issues, but he might be worth a late round flyer. Maybe getting picked up in the 7th round would be the wake-up call he needs.

I'm familiar with Brown, but admittedly know little about him. When you're talking about the seventh round, there's certainly very little investment and little hurt when a pick like that doesn't pan out. So he's worth considering there.
