If this season doesn't happen, or it gets significantly shortened, I think the NFL should allow teams to carry their entire current rosters through the entire season. Only dress the usual numbers, but allow all the players who don't make the final roster to make it onto an extended practice squad. Leave it up to teams to trim if they want, but if these guys aren't going to get a chance to legitimately show their wares, at least give them the nod by giving teams the ability to keep them on the team at least until things can return to sort of normal.

Agree on Rodgers numbers possibly being decreased, both yards and TDs with AJ Dillon, Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams getting more dedicated reps, and all 3 of them able to take it to the house at any time. However, we know Aaron, and he has better weapons to throw to IMO with Funchess and Begelton added to this roster, and MVS & EQ looking to make a name for themselves. Should be interesting to see how much more we really run, and I hope it is A LOT more.

EQ and MVS, should they bounce back, could provide some remarkable spark to our Offense. A ton of new and developing talent makes this offense dynamic as all hell..

Sadly, I agree we need to temper some enthusiasm for the games to be played this year. Just look around America, and people are acting as if there is no pandemic. As a former Respiratory Therapist, I can share this with all of my friends here: BE CAREFUL. BE SMART. WEAR A MASK. The record spikes in cases and the rampant spread of critically ill patients swamping ICUs throughout the south should give pause to all of us. This COVID is a bad MF - colleagues seeing far more freakish characteristics/complications than I saw in 13 years in the field. Doesn't give me a lot of hope for this season happening, but I'll try to stay positive on that, hoping for the best!

Like yourself, I'm hoping Rodgers can up the tempo overall on offense. I think his running clock as long as he has, and his attempts to make D's jump has become predictable, entirely so. Changing it up could make all of that far more effective in free play world.
