Packers hiring Rich Bisaccia to be special teams coordinator
The Packers are reportedly set to hire former Raiders interim head coach and Rich Bisaccia as their new special teams coordinator.

I am impressed! We'll have to see how the new offensive coaches do, but we're in the process of building a first-rate coaching staff all around.
Don't worry, I don't think Bisaccia would have taken the job if he didn't believe he would have MLF's ear and input on all phases of this turnaround-to-be. Getting the right players and teaching the fundamentals is the first and only order of business for the time being.
Also, should MLF have to take a leave of absence for some reason, Bisaccia has proven himself to be more than a capable interim replacement. We'll see, but I think the Raiders may have goofed by letting him go.

Who is Bisaccia bringing with him for assistant coaches? We need the full package not the jacket cover. I do not want to hear about getting cheap and keeping Packers old schoolers or promoting some quality control assistants. Also, by bringing along established ST assistants of Bisaccia caliber, it offers assurance of contined excellence when Bisaccia leaves for a Head Coaching job

Packers already promoted 2 assistant coaches for ST. Look at the Packers.com.

promoting coaches from within is not the answer. The new ST coach is being asked to develop a culture. This is to buy in. Players need to believe in ST andbe willing to run threw walls for Rich. Having a coach who is coming from the old way of doing things can cripple a new program and it's already hard to develop ST. I just want the Packers to return to the SB and I want what's best. It's a hard road. Go Pack Go!

Rayna Stewart is the only ST assistant coach I could find on packers.com. Raynas been there since march,2021. I was unable to locate the new hires

It will still come down to the type of players. The Packers have always ranked near the bottom on STs and it's because of the way they build their roster.

Good start to a big problem. But if MLF has shown us anything, changing the atmosphere of a team or group is a key to getting players to buy in on the process. People---Process--Progress!
