Packers Calendar: Minicamp Concludes in Green Bay

The final practice of the offseason takes place at 11:30 a.m. at Ray Nitschke Field, open to the public.

Green Bay Packers minicamp, the only three days of the NFL offseason players are required to take part by contract, comes to an end Thursday with one final practice.

The Packers will hit Ray Nitschke Field at 11:30 a.m. CT in a session that's open to both the public and the media. It will be the final Packers practice until the opening of training camp on July 26.

Thursday's practice comes a day after Wednesday's practice was cancelled by head coach Mike McCarthy for a team-building exercise, during which the entire squad went bowling.

The forecast looks good for practice with a zero percent chance of rain at the outset and just a 20 percent chance by the conclusion, according to The Weather Channel. A temperature of 71 degrees is projected at 11:30 a.m.

After being excused from the last Packers practice on Tuesday, it will be notable to see if offensive lineman Josh Sitton returns.

McCarthy will have his post-practice press conference streamed live at approximately 1:35 p.m. CT at Packers.com.

Also on Thursday, former Packers wide receiver Donald Driver will host his namesake foundation's free football camp for children ages 7-17 in Houston, Tex.

The camp gets underway at 7:30 a.m. at Dyer Field, however, registration has already passed for the event.

Finally, the NFL's Broadcast Boot Camp in Mt. Laurel, N.J. concludes on Thursday. Former Packers linebacker Brady Poppinga was taking part.
