Packers 23 Chargers 20: Game Balls & Lame Calls
Clutch plays and lots of luck add up to victory.

The Green Bay Packers have lost games this season by giving them away with mistakes. But on Sunday, they played the franchise that invented giving games away with mistakes. As with the win over the Rams a couple of weeks back, you can make of this game whatever you choose. If you want to write it off as pure luck based on Chargers’ drops and miscues, that’s valid. The visitors from the west coast certainly could have, and probably should have, won this thing.
But there were also plenty of things the Packers did amidst their own many mistakes that can give you reason to believe this team is getting better. That young players are developing. That the coaching staff is slowly (very slowly) starting to figure out how to use this roster. The team took a step here. They won a close game against one of the top quarterbacks in the league.
Really, when you look at the stats, it would have been something of an injustice if Green Bay had not won. They dominated the first three quarters. They finished with more total plays, total yards, passing yards and first downs. They would have led in rushing yards as well if Justin Herbert had not befuddled the pass rush by escaping for 73 yards rushing. But yes, in the end, it took some luck to nail down the win. I’ve got no problem with that. Considering the misfortune the Pack has suffered on the injury front, they deserve a few breaks.
GAME BALLS
Jordan Love
A big step for our first year starter. The six play, 75 yard drive he led late in the game was the kind of stuff that makes you a legit NFL quarterback. It was aided in no small measure by a pass interference call, and a brilliant run after catch by Dontayvion Wicks, but this time Love executed the drive all the way into the end zone when his team needed it the most. The touch on the TD throw to Christian Watson was lovely. He put enough air on the scoring toss to Doubs to allow his receiver to perfectly time his leap to screen off the defender. 322 yards passing, a career high, two scores, no picks. He was under a lot of pressure as well. Sure looks to me like he’s getting better.
Jayden Reed
It’s pretty clear now that the rookie out of Michigan State is the number one receiver. He is explosive and elusive. For three quarters it appeared the Packers were running their entire offense around him. If nothing else, he’s going to get more attention from future opponent defenses, and that can only help the likes of Watson, Doubs, Wicks and Musgrave. Reed wound up with 92 total yards and a touchdown. He was Green Bay’s leading rusher with 46 yards. He seems to be the only guy on the team who can run the jet sweep effectively.
Kenny Clark
His overall stats are pretty humble, but he made what are probably the two most important defensive plays of the game. With the Chargers on the Green Bay five yard line trailing by three, he stopped running back Austin Ekeler behind the line of scrimmage, and then punched the ball free, where it was recovered by Rashan Gary. Then, of course, the game clinching bat down of Herbert’s pass on 4th and one to put it away. At times it looks like Clark still is bothered by that injured shoulder, but on this day, he was absolute clutch when his team had to have it.
So many honorable mentions, a true team victory. Wicks breaking a tackle and turning his reception into a 36 yard big play on the final go-ahead drive. AJ Dillon, the last running back standing, whose power running between the tackles picked up critical first downs on third and short. He also caught four passes and made the most of them. He’s playing hard. He wants a new contract. Daniel Whelan, who delivered a 61 yard punt in the fourth quarter when the Pack had to kick from their own end zone. Rashan Gary who had a sack at a critical time and the aforementioned fumble recovery. A spectacular effort by rookie Tucker Kraft, who tightroped the sideline for a big play, and came within half a shoe length of staying inbounds and scoring. Man, I wanted that kid to get his first NFL touchdown. Preston Smith, Quay Walker and De’Vondre Campbell were solid all day.
LAME CALLS
Special Teams
This unit has just not improved and the Packers are very fortunate that Anders Carlson’s missed extra point try didn’t cost them the game. On the opening kickoff, Dallon Leavitt managed to get called for two penalties on the same play. Not easy to do. A bad snap sabotaged Carlson’s effort on a 52 yard field goal attempt. Keisean Nixon bobbled a punt return. Bissacia needs to have a come-to-Jesus meeting with this unit.
Unforced Errors
Still too many. An errant snap on third and fifteen that took the Packers out of a field goal try that would have tied the game. A false start by Watson on third and seven. Just watch the ball! Gary jumping offsides on 4th and 6 on the final drive. So much lack of communication in the secondary. Imagine what this team might do if they stopped making it so hard on themselves.
THREE AND OUT
-- Was I the only one screaming at my TV set for the Packers to throw the ball on third and six when they were trying to run out the clock? I buried my face in my hands when Matt LaFleur decided to put the game in the hands of the defense by running the ball and then punting it away. I had no confidence in Joe Barry’s unit to be able to hold the Chargers. I was hoping LaFleur would try to win it right there with a first down pass. My instincts were correct. The Chargers should have won the game when Quentin Johnston got behind Carrington Valentine for what should have been an easy, game-winning touchdown. Johnston dropped the ball, which was perfectly thrown right into his hands.
-- I was quickly getting annoyed at the TV crew’s emphasis on the slipperiness of the surface at Lambeau Field, and how it gives the Packers an advantage, which they implied was unfair. Or am I being too sensitive? They pointed out the Packers are accustomed to the surface because they practice on the same kind of field. I dunno, I saw players on both sides losing their footing.
-- Kudos to the Gold Package fans who often get accused of not being loud enough. Just judging by what I heard on TV, they seemed to be creating a great roar, and the Chargers did false start a few times. Well done folks!

Yes, you're too sensitive.
With that being said, it's called home field advantage for a reason, and every team in the NFL enjoys some measure of knowing their own field better than their opponent when they play at home.
It was just filler commentary by the broadcast team. Nothing more, nothing less.

I agree that it's really nothing more than homefield advantage, but that's why I also thought the announcers made a much bigger point of it than they should.
Green Bay's field is more unusual than some people know. There are 14 teams that play on natural grass. Green Bay is NOT one of them. Green Bay (and PHI) play on "Desso GrassMaster" which is a combination of both artificial and natural grass. At any rate, there are only two stadiums that use this surface, so it's not surprising that players might not be terribly familiar with it.

DGM isn't as unknown as you might think. A lot of practice fields use it, numerous colleges use it, and it is widely used in international soccer (where it has a bit of a negative reputation, actually.) But yes, it is a different surface than many teams are familiar with.
Actually, probably the most notable/differentiating feature of Lambeau Field is the exaggerated crown of the field (for drainage.) It's massive and it requires QBs to adjust their throws to the boundaries due to the height difference of the field along the sidelines compared to inbetween the hashes.

Pre-snap penalties on 3rd downs pushed the offense out of FG range or put us in very poor down-and-distance multiple times yesterday, and also foiled attempts at defensive stands.
Team is still making far too many non-competitive mental mistakes at mid season.

How about a game ball for a shorthanded secondary consisting of two veteran free agents and two late round rookies. It wasn't pretty, and they were helped by Charger miscues, but they played hard and hung in there.

Would it be a reasonable thing to just be happy with getting the ball at the 25 on kickoffs? I get the wanting to make a big splash play, but avoiding penalties and / or injury, along with shitty field position, just seems to make a little sense...

He's playing behind perhaps the league's best offensive line. If he played for the Jets he's likely be in concussion protocol now. Rodgers caught a break of sorts getting hurt early because he likely would be in tough shape by now.

And...for a 7th round pick, that's fairly impressive, i don't care what team he's on.
The offensive line doesn't throw the ball for him, he still has to make his own decisions, he still has to go through his progressions, he still has to make the throws, he still has to not make too many mistakes.
The last pick of the draft rarely if ever....makes a roster.
This guy is the starting QB and in general, he's killing it.
IDK.....maybe give him a little credit?

That is why Gutey hanging tight in round 1 mandating the Jets switch #11 for #13 allowing the Steelers to trade up to snag desired OT, Broderick Jones away from the Jet's is one of the best GM moves IMO in recent years. I am pretty confident it was the Jet's LT who also allowed the hit on Rodgers that caused the achilles heel injury. Gutey will never get the credit he deserves for that move until Van Ness blossoms into a star, but regardless it was a hell of a transactional move by Gutey.

He kept Broderick Jones away from the Packers. He would be starting right now in place of a couple scrubs trying to cover Love's blindside. Van Ness is a part-time guy who may, or may not develop into anything but a project. He's not Clay Matthews.

I 100% agree Broderick should have been the Packer pick. I was shocked he wasn't at the time & I continue to be baffled. Though I am willing to be patient with Van Ness having known 2023 was a rebuild year.
I probably could have clarified my previous point better as my comment was meant soley about how Gutey screwed the Jet's after a very contentous trade negotiation when the teams agreed to swap spots in round 1. He kept the Jets from receiving the player they wanted/needed, and as a result the back-up quality LT they plugged in immediately gave up sack injuring Rodgers. It is well documented there is bad blood between Rodgers & Gutey. While I cannot say with any certainty I just have to believe human nature had Gutey smiling behind closed doors when watching the 4th play of the Jet's opening game.
Yes, Broderick should have been Guteys choice but the injury to Gary dictated the Van Ness selection, otherwise I'm relatively confident Gutey would have drafted Broderick Jones.

HD- And Joe Montana also had a fantastic O line, stud HB and FB, two stud WR's one of which is an all time great, a beast of a TE, one the very best HC's of all time and a defense that absolutely mangled people. So Brock Purdy is doing good only because of what again? Trey Lance was a #1 pick playing with those same guys for those same coaches. Where is he now?

Even though the chargers made our D look better in the box score with 3 dropped TD's and a fumble on goal to go, I was happy to see Barry tighten up the box when he went .... 2 down lineman... errr.... I mean nickel. I wasn't screaming at the TV because the edge rushers seemed to be lining up over the tackle, or inside the TE, instead of a yard and a half wide of them. I hope that trend continues.

The edge players as a whole also did a good job of holding the edge on running plays. Haven't seen that in a while from the entire group.

The Ekeler fumble was huge.
The Keenan Allen drops were gigantic.
The Johnston drop was enormous.
Dillon is running much harder than early in the season.
The defense had its preferred front seven, and had zero of the four preferred DB’s: 23, 21, 20, and 26. Against Justin Herbert.
On third and six, I’m going insane if a pass falls incomplete, the clock stops, and they punt. I’d like to see the ol’waggle play: play action in one direction, roll the other way, pass/run option.
During the game I was commenting on here with lots of sarcasm, mocking those who CONSTANTLY whine about playcalling and whose solution is to “fire everybody”. If you saw those, you could probably tell I what I was doing.
GB showed some good progress, caught some breaks, and got a W. Nice.

The Packers got so fixated on the big frame WR and didn't go near the smaller, quicker guys almost as a matter of policy. I kept waiting for us to get an Edelman style of play who could always get open and extend drives. Reed gives us that and more

They had Cobb in the slot, and then later on Davante was really productive there, but they flamed out on Amari Rodgers in '21 to play in the slot. I suppose you can only pick the guys that fall to you, but they only drafted bigger WRs last year before the Reed pick. It looks like the first really promising draft pick at WR in some time.

Reed can also play outside. He did a ton in college. They should really consider moving him around throughout a given game. I think Reed should be WR1 with Wicks and Doubs to battle for WR2 and WR3 leaving Watson at WR4 until and if he earns his way back up. Maybe even try Bo Melton at slot now and then while Reed is outside at the WR1 spot. Reed is a weapon for sure.

Totally optimistic after watching this guy handling pressure without flinching!

Two teams with coaches who are at best questionable decided by which made the fewest tactical and on field gaffes. Really, when reduced to its core, that’s what I saw. The difference is, since both had injuries, is the individual growth for us. The Chargers have less to find cheer in than just the result.

This is simple true that matters for this team and probably for the fan base as well. We are seeing players making strides from game to game. I would like to see the team tighten up and play more consistent ball. I hold my breath on every defensive snap. I call it the "4th and 26" D.

Agreed. The individual growth of the young receivers, Watson had some nice blocks along with the TD. Love did not press the panic button and looked to be in command of the offense, despite some drops and errant throws. The pass blocking looked good, the run blocking looked incredibly bad. I would like to see progress continue against the Lions.

hope so but the Lions also arent the 31 overall ranked defensive team..32 in pass coverage...bottom of the barrel are the chargers but it was a nice win...will it continue against the Lions in Motown...dont hold your breath...

I saw a Packer team that worked hard all four quarters and that was appreciated. I must say that I like the young WRs and TEs. With more game and Love experience they will be solid. I particularly like Jayden Reed, we've been missing a quick twitch WR who can play a variety of roles. Note to FO: all WRs don't need to be 6'3" and taller.
Love's development is remarkable considering the poor O-line and weak run game. Teams are collapsing the pocket with a 4 man rush and forcing Love to find open receivers in a crowded secondary. Talk about "against all odds".
Saw our defense line up 3 down linemen and two outside linebackers resulting in Karl Brooks getting a sack - thought great. Never saw it again. Won't say much more about them as I am not a fan of this style of defense.
I hope the boys play spirited ball in Detroit on Thursday and keep building the foundation

I don't know about a crowded secondary, but it was pretty damn nice seeing some of our pass catchers wide open for a change.
I don't know if it's me or what, but i see more separation occasionally, than we saw last season.

Ironically, that was supposed to be the strong point of the offense.
When i look at Jones and Dillons YPC, i feel like i'm in the twilight zone.

Yet when I checked team rushing stats the Pack is surprisingly 21 in total rushing yds, not good but better than I thought it would be.

If Jones/Dillon were running at peak, i'd think we'd see then somewhere top 7, maybe.
Sometimes the QB runs skew the stats a little, or in the Packers case..Jayden Reed, like yesterday when he led the Packers in rushing.

Which brings to mind, We might see more designed runs like that Thur. maybe Love gets more designed runs also.

Yes, he has not scrambled much in the last two games, probably because the pocket is collapsing around him. They just resigned Patrick. Shame Wilson got hurt, this would have been his opportunity. I thought he had some ability.

I can remember Rodgers making a living from a collapsing pocket.
Every teams goal was to 'keep' Rodgers in the pocket because if they didn't, they knew Rodgers would smoke them.
Sans Favre's constant interceptions.....we got to see some pretty damn historic QB play the last 3 decades.

I come back to this as a point that LaF has not lost his team. They're playing better, or at least giving themselves chances to win in the 4th Qtr. For those wanting to sweep the coaching staff (and FO) out of town, it's starting to seem less and less likely.

The old Bears front might be how they attack the Lions on Thursday. I don't think we'll see Goff throw a lot--the Lions know they can bully the Packers. Packers will need to respond with beef, hope the secondary holds, and try to throw a couple punches themselves.

If we don't show up on the D-line this will be an embarrassment. They will rack up 200 yds with that O-line and those backs. Let's get 3 down linemen and pressure from our OLB but above all else shut-down-the-run.

I can't say anything bad about this game. The Packers competed well against a talented, but goofy, team. When you see the number of back up players doing major minutes for the Packers it's pretty unusual.

that's a loss for some of us LH. his/her relentless tediousness is somehow a badge of accomplishment. i wouldn't mind it so much if it were clever or somehow entertaining, but the reality is it just makes a person tired.
stockholder at least has some vestiges of haiku in his (assumption) posts which are inane, but significantly weird. the other person, well, even if banned would wind up with another screen name and the same relentless schtick.
my advice is that you post what you like, and hope at some point the board has a block function or that you build a better set of blinders regarding the annoyances.

We had a great group.
Very colorful people.
We all didn't get along, sometimes we'd fight like dogs.
But....there were a lot of intelligent Packer fans.
Very very smart, passionate Packer fans.
There were no rules.
Maybe there should have been a couple....lol
A bunch of us were together a long time, knew each others personalities
The owner was highly involved, he wrote articles all the time, very intelligent as well, dropped F bombs when he wanted to express himself.
He had some entertaining writers all with their own distinct personality.
He was also in a fight with the Packers legal team over the name, ultimately he beat them and kept the name.
Then it got sold, and the site has been going south ever since.
I left about a couple weeks ago and right now it's on life support.
Think Hospice.
As far as anyone here, i think this place has some informed Packer fans.
We would make fun of some here, but all in good fun.
We didn't have many kool aid, apologist, dreamers.
We just had some intense, passionate, long time highly intelligent readers.
We didn't have thumbs down to hide behind, we spoke up to each other.
But there is a good group here also, they are just a bit different than i'm used to, but that's ok.
At the end of the day, it's the same common denominator...we're all Packer fans.

I was at the game, so I didn't hear the commentators slippery surface comments, and I didn't notice as much slipping as in some past games, but the condition of the field has been poor. Players do slip way too much. There have been many times when the network gives a field level shot a few minutes into the game where the turf already looks ridiculously chewed up. I don't think there's much of an advantage. The Packers don't practice at Lambeau, and we've seen them slip around plenty themselves. I'm not sure what the answer is, but with all the resources spent on the team and the league, the condition needs to be better.

It is nice to win and I like what I am seeing from Reed, Wicks, and Musgrave. Kraft is starting to improve as well.
The o-line still stinks and needs a massive upgrade in the draft. We all know the defense is junk. They gave up 400 yards and 150 yards rushing again. If not for the 3 drops, they would have scored 41 on us.
Having said that, the offense is starting to improve and the game is slowing down for Love. Good news.

Speaking of play-by-play guys, if you're not listening to Wayne and Larry, give it a shot. The unintended comedy from Wayne is worth the trip. "I beg your pardon, I believe I said 'holding', I meant to say 'intentional grounding." "Love pass to the flat to that one guy who's running and he's tackled by a Charger out of bounds near the right side."
Football is intended to be played outside on grass. Shame on the Chargers for not having a variety of cleats available.

Larry is very good. Genuine. Accurate. Spontaneous. Insightful. Wayne is losing it imho. He's terrific with his go-to fillers ("swing of the right leg, moving north to south, fully-loaded shotgun" etc, and in delivering promos for sponsors without missing a beat, but he is no longer able to accurately describe the action. Anything novel trips him up and he's unable to convey what happened to listeners. If it's not something he's said 10,000 times with faux excitement, it cannot exit his mouth. The number of "I beg your pardon" and "no, that was..." is unacceptable for a professional. I'm embarrassed for him. Father Time is undefeated.

Game Balls:
Love -
This was by far his best game. He had a few miss throws and held the ball too long a couple of times, but he was really good. And this is coming off his previous best game. So he is definitely trending the right direction. If we see more games like this, Love will be our long term QB. Love is the first QB to throw for over 300 yards in almost 2 years. Crazy to think with Rodgers being here, but its true.
WR's -
I can't just give it to one or 2 because they all were really good! Doubs game winning TD catch is in my brain this morning. Him just snatching it out of the air with strong hands was very impressive. Reed is becoming the guy! He finished with 92 yards. 46 rushing and 46 receiving. Wicks is a dude! 3 catches for 91 yards. He just finds zones, and he is great after the catch. A tremendous value in the 5th round. Was there a bigger TD then Watsons? With all the grief he has been catching, Love threw a perfect pass to Watson. It was one that hopefully can build some momentum. It was great seeing Heath finally catching a ball. But Heath was blocking really well when he was in there.
This group really played well!
Lame Calls:
Injuries-
Losing both Jones and Wilson right after each other really hurt. Especially beings we are on a short week. This one really, really hurts. I am hoping they can go get Goodson. He is the closest thing to Jones and could make some explosive runs.
Joe Barry -
Even though we held them to 20 points and won the game, Joe Barry is extremely lucky. The Chargers beat themselves more then we beat them. They had a dropped TD, another potential dropped TD at the end and if not a TD at the very least it would have put them in FG range. But the reason why I put Barry in this is because of what Jordan Love said post game. "He said that they knew they were going to have to rely on the passing game going into the game. He said that going against a familiar defense that they know, that they felt they could take advantage of them in a couple of ways and they did that." When I heard him say this, even though it wasn't by him, it felt like a shot at Barry.
Three and Out:
Final Offensive drive -
I know most hated the final offensive drive. Even LaFleur hated it. I would have liked to have seen him do some sort of option play with Love on a roll out where he can run or throw it. But I did think it was important that they forced the Chargers to use all their timeouts. Maybe rather then just using Dillon they could have used Reed on a sweep or something. But there is a huge risk if they throw an incomplete pass. So overall i don't have a problem with what LaFleur did at the end. I just would have maybe tried to do something different play wise.
Luck -
I have seen so many people calling this game lucky by GB. Yes Johnston dropped the deep ball that would have at least put them in FG range to tie it up. Yes that one play was lucky. And the Chargers had some other key drops. Sure that was lucky. But GB dropped some passes that would have been key too. If we want to talk about luck, the only one that should feel lucky is Joe Barry.
Love over throws Musgrave by a 1/2 yard which he may still be running if he doesn't over throw him. The Packers missed an extra point and a FG. Those are all plays that could be considered lucky for the Chargers. Lucky they were still in the game. My point is, things happen in games. Doesn't always mean its lucky for one team over the other. The Packers won the game. They also did it with their 4th and 5th string CB's starting. They did it by ending the game with 1 healthy RB.
Carlson-
We expect ups and downs with having a rookie kicker. But I have to wonder how much the snapping has affected his kicks. I didn't catch it live but saw people talking about the 52 yard FG the snap being way off. I thought the missed extra point it may have been a bad snap/hold as well. I'm really not sure. I just wonder if the operation is good or not. Carlson will get the blame, but I am questioning the operation more.

I agree--it would've been nice to see your offense salt it away, but they played the percentages and forced the Chargers to use their TOs. Whelan's inability to stick the punt inside the 20 made it look worse than it was.
That said: I'd be curious to see where the Packers' STs rank this year after climbing to about #20 last year. I don't think they've really improved.

Your point is well taken, but maybe the team knows that Valentine could develop into a good CB, seems to be trending in that direction. I'll take the young, cap friendly, energetic team player along with a 3rd round pick for a rebuilding team. Maybe a loud mouth negative player openly voicing his displeasure is not a favored attitude for a young team. How come we don't hear the same BS from the other veterans Clark, Smith,Campbell, Alexander.

Can't figure out:
1) special teams....PAT/FG kicking, no punts inside of the 20 instead of blasting into the endzone for a touchback
2) wide open WRs with DBs 5 yds away
3) mindless, moronic penalties displaying little discipline & focus
4) the numerous dropped balls (bring back the stick-em goop)
5) Love's great fastballs to his WRs and then overthrows to open WRs
I can only hope that a year under this young team's belts will produce better results next year by cutting huge salary cap and pursuing players (both FA, trade, & draft) who returns us to the NFL top!

Luckily, I'm white haired and retired and can watch recorded prime time games where even some solid/good teams make the aforementioned mistakes. However, winners rebound from mistakes and make more positive plays.

To see this young group go out there and play hard yesterday for four quarters was so refreshing. The team is growing together and they have great chemistry. They may lack some necessary veteran depth, but they have future leaders on this team no doubt.
So excited about this receiver/TE group in the future.

True, but back in the old days it was the only time I got to see the Pack and a very few times I even joyfully and gently carved the turkey as the Packers played well. Sadly, other times the poor turkey carcass bore the brunt of my frustration and I was relieved of my festive duty along with suspicious and worrisome looks from family.

The NFL is a league of such strange surprises, which is a big part of the fun:
(1) Those pathetic Rams we beat a couple of weeks ago to such little fanfare upset the Seahawks yesterday.
(2) The Vikings and Broncos are two teams with abysmal starts that have really turned things around with hot streaks -- and seem much better than when we lost to them earlier this season, making those disappointments a little easier to accept.
(3) C.J. Stroud, the rookie quarterback sensation for the Texans, threw three picks yesterday. Brock Purdy was practically perfect yesterday leading the 49ers, but is actually coming off a terrible slump.

My takeaway:
Don't give up on the Packers making the playoffs.
Teams and players are going to have their ups and downs during a season, sometimes in the most unusual ways.
I will say that the Packers make me nervous in all of their sloppy ineptitude, and I consider making the playoffs a longshot. I'm hoping we don't get embarrassed by the Lions to unsettle our stomachs before the feast of Thanksgiving.
At the same time, we see exciting flashes of talent and encouraging glimpses of progress such as late touchdown drives in close victories against the Rams and the Chargers. I have some hope we may just beat those Lions on Thursday.
In any case, play it through to the very end of each game all the way to the end of this season. Forget the draft for now and focus on winning games.

The Packers are indeed on the chart in the hunt for a wildcard spot, tied with the Rams, and only one game in the loss column behind the Vikings. There're still a substantial seven games left.
It seems the team is playing hard, perhaps with a youthful exuberance that can often overcome youthful mistakes.
Though it'll likely be bumpy at times, let's enjoy the ride for those clear stretches of smooth advancement and sweet achievements.

The football gods were with us. Unbelievable (relatively easy drops) by Chargers. Love looked improved again. Injuries all over the league. Hope we stay competitive in Detroit and have a better plan to limit Hutchison.

I like this Packer team. I normally don't get to watch the Packer game where I reside (my palatial estate).
But watching the game with the beauty of Lambeau Field as the canvas on a sunny Fall day was glorious!
I am really starting to like Love's demeanor more than anything. He seems built to be a QB in this league.
Our kicker will be fine. Probably an undisclosed case of foot fungus which will clear up before too long. Coach LaF has me on speed dial.
I am starting to feel sorry for the Lions...cranking "Lunatic Fringe" by Red Rider in the Seeburg jukebox. Hey bar keep, you got those fancy, expensive cigars still? I think they have imported wooden tips...possibly called, Swisher Sweets? That, and shake of the day...thanks
