Interesting to note the expiring contracts after the 2018 season, these include a lot of players that are likely not to be back in 2019 that have sig salaries

Matthews, Cobb, HHCD, Wilkerson, Kendricks, House, Mercedes, Bell, Toomer, Brice, Jake Ryan. These contracts are currently averaging out to a total close to 40 million. Throw in Bulaga and Spriggs if they were cut lose a year early, that's pushing the space millions more. Only guys that have contracts expiring this offseason that seem worth bringing back are G-Mo and Reggie Gilbert.

How about Nick Perry? Not sure if they can get out of that contract, but he's definitely not earning his money. Looks like the cap his is $14.7M next year.

The biting question: who are the defensive free agent players available to grab for Wilkerson's spot or other defensive player that's injured?

OK, so why do we think that Bulaga is so great? Bulaga has been absolutely TERRIBLE this season so far. All defenses have stacked up on him because they know he will get trucked and he has been getting TRUCKED play after play. He cannot block these knew defensive ends. That right side of the offensive line has been getting thrashed the entire season! Our O-Line is bad and that sets the tone for the reset of the offense.

Also, do we really thing that McCarthy can continue to coach this team? I mean seriously, he does not know how to use the run game, game management, play calling . He gets out-coached all of the time. Any thoughts?

It that a criticism of a HC or of an OC? What the Packers need is a better OC and for MM to just be a HC. I was hoping we'd see Philbin in that role but so far I haven't seen a difference. Dusty has been following every pass play this year and has some interesting insights.
