Jordan Love is The Guy, I couldn't be happier with his capabilities and growth.

What's his ceiling?!?

I'm not saying I think he'll ever have pinpoint accuracy like AR12 in his prime. Who does? He hasn't broken any fingers like #4 was always doing. JL's big weakness is the short throws that should be high probability plays. Like a sure thing. He doesn't want to rip it like it would go 70 yards. But they wind up short sometimes, almost like he takes it for granted instead of really concentrating like it was a longer throw. I dunno, I think he can fix this. That would be HUGE for this offense!

His long throws are actually no problem with accuracy, the issue is consistency. He's picked up bad habits due to playing behind a leaky O line. He's also learned to get the ball out much quicker, and how to throw it away. He didn't have the current footwork problems at TC. If he just has all his cleats in the ground when he throws, I think being consistently accurate won't be a problem. His happy feet are subtle, but he does take extra little hops that he didn't used to do. On the offseason he should be able to work that out, and there are many ways to improve the O line that'll help his footwork at least as much. Individual players can be coached / taught / developed better, evaluated better, and premium talent drafted. Mt Caleb, Tenuta and Telfort might all prove to be better OTs than any rookie.

With solid RBs behind a dominant O line this offense should be really good!
