So we've got 4 quality OTs in Bakh Nijman Mt Caleb and Walker. Why do we need Tom at RT again? I'm not saying there's enough practice time to have him at his best at C, but I'm not saying there isn't.

What do they do with the 2 weeks after Seattle and before Chicago?

Thanks for the breakdown! It sounds like the line of storms missed practice.

They really wanted Hanson at RG last year. They really wanted anyone but Tom and Nijman at RT. This year’s fixation looks just as daft.

Ya my only guess is Meyers is half the problem and Bakhs health the other half. You cant shore up "uncertainty" so you practice for it?

Blithering.

Bakhtiari is our starting LT. Tom is our starting RT. Nijman is the swing tackle. Tom is our first backup ar C and LG.
Mt Caleb hasn’t practiced in a week and might not even make the team. Walker has never played in the NFL. And there isn’t a single coach who thinks that Myers has suddenly forgotten how to play Center.

R-E-L-A-X. I know that several of you think you are more knowledgeable than the coaching staff. You aren’t.

Weren’t you saying the same this time last year about trusting the Hanson Newman axis?

No. I understood we didn’t have a lot of options because our three best linemen were all returning from bad injuries. I never was a Hanson fan, and I specifically recall saying if we had Hanson and Newman next to each other it was a weak point. I also understood they were stop gaps until we had all our horses ready.

Sometimes, you have to do what you can with what you’ve got. We started 3-1 and had one of the top offensive lines in the league, because we have coaches who know what they’re doing, which you are apparently unable or unwilling to grasp.

Harsh? Yes. But I’ve spent the last year watching you denigrate Murphy, LaFleur, and various players in an effort to appear insightful, when in reality, you don’t understand.

You need to go on apc and read the experts comments !!! Sff and tw are smarter than most gm’s in the league just read their comments !!! Seriously it’s a clown show over there . I sift through their garbage to find a few knowledgeable comments usually the best poster over there is cw and I agree with most of his thinking . I tend to look at things as a glass half full rather than half empty . Anyway keep up the thoughtful comments it’s usually much more positive over here at cheesehead

So Hanson is gone. Wish him the best in the arena league. He was one hell of a pass rusher in his day perhaps they can convert him to running back or something once his chin is better. LOL
