I'm taking a break.

Apart from the signing of the three remaining draft picks, (hopefully) not much should be popping up over the course of the next two weeks. I've said most of what I needed to say and have diagnosed what I think the issues are going forward for the 2010 Packers (Who cares what Nagler wants, right?)

So I'm going to take the next two weeks to concentrate on spending time with my family and getting all the many things that need to get done here at the day job done before Corey and I leave for Wisconsin.

That's right, Corey and I will be traveling to Green Bay for both the shareholders meeting and the opening of training camp. We'll be covering all the proceedings along with Brian Carriveau to give you, what I contend will be, the most complete and comprehensive Packers coverage on the Packer beat - either online or in print.

Before I disappear, however, I plan on posting a couple of "Final Points" - one for the offense and one for the defense. Nothing earth shattering and nothing we haven't discussed a thousand times before. But I think they'll be good food for thought and should be good discussion points as well as we all wait for training camp to start.

Of course, while I'm gone things will still be buzzing around here. Brian is posting like a madman, Alex Tallitsch is doing his inimitable stuff over at The Lounge, and hell, you just never know when Corey might pop up with a post of his own. And of course, don't forget to listen to C.D. and the gang Thursday nights on Cheesehead Radio.
