A Blogger Tackles Deadlines
The blog will slow down while Aaron is wrestling with something he's never had to deal with before - deadlines.

Just wanted to let our readers know that, barring breaking Packers news, things will be slow on the blog this week due to several factors, some of them day job related, some of them personal, but most of all because what little spare time I have will be spent writing the first of two articles I am penning for the upcoming Packers Annual from Maple Street Press.
That's right, Railbird Central's own Brian Carriveau is editing Maple Street's first ever Packers publication and he was foolish kind enough to offer me a role. But with great writing assignments comes great responsibility - namely, deadlines, something your humble blogger is not used to having to deal with.
So, you can be sure that I'll be updating the blog a bit this week, but the majority of my time will be spent churning out copy for Carriveau.

Doubt it ranks as a topic for your article, but hate to see someone go out so young, especially with some Packer history.

Don't worry Fitz, I bleed Green and Gold.
I live in Minneapolis and am surrounded by Vikings news. My love for football created my blog, and when I looked around, I saw that no one else was doing anything like I'm doing. Maybe there's a good reason why no one else is covering Packers AND Vikings, but I'm enjoying it so far.
Also, I've looked for capable Vikings writers, but I haven't found any. Maybe if I find one, I'll be able to focus on my true love: The Green Bay Packers.
